SHAMROCK PRIDE!

Since the start of the new Shamrock Pride movement I have heard numerous stories about staff, students and community members demonstrating what it takes to live up to the R.O.C.K.S. way of life.  This page is for individuals to post stories about the Respect for myself and others, Ownership for my actions, Compassion for all, Knowledge for life, and Success values that true Shamrocks live by.  Please take some time to share your story here.

  1. Most of the students have said lots of stories . But the one who inspired me was praise’s story it was genours for praise togive the dollar back to the guy .He is an insparation to kids who try to follow the SHAMROCK!

  2. Todd showed alot of shamrock pride.
He thanked someone that didn’t really need the thanks
because its their job and Todd was showing shamrock
pride. He was calm about everything and still managed to keep shamrock pride on his mind.

  4. I am a parent who gave a presentation on career day at BSMS. Today, I received several letters thanking me for coming, with description of what each kid liked. I loved reading the letters and I am going to post them at work so my co-workers can see what a positive influence, coming to speak to a bunch of great kids really is. BSMS really does ROCK!

  12. I love your logo…. Shamrock Pride “R.O.C.K.S”!
Just so you know, I teach at a “sister” school very much like yours… that is also the home of the shamrocks in Fort Covington, New York – Salmon River Central. We are a very culturally diverse school, in which our student body comes from many different rural communities. We have about 1,600 students K-12.

  13. same here, am a shamrock, always will be, nothing else! <3 shamrocks.

  14. I love all the comments I get from parents and students. This summer many parents talked about how Shamrocks treat each other. I do not have a conversation about student life that doesn’t talk about what a great family we have. This summer I was at a workshop in Lansing and I had a principal from a school on the East side of the State that came up and said he has a former Berrien Springs student in his building. He went on about what a great student he was and how the student kept saying Shamrock Pride when he received praise. The principal asked me all about the Shamrock Way and wanted to know how he could start it at his school.

Keep it up Shamrocks! Help Spread Shamrock Pride and share your stories here.
